The Rocky Mountain Division - TCA can assist in liqudating train collection assets through auctions and sales to our members.  Since RMD-TCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization,  donated items are tax deductable.

Auction Services

  • All gauges, scales, including memorbilia
  • Our team will will make arrangements for the trains to be packed and picked up
  • Your items are fully insured from the time we touch them until they are sold
  • Our goal is to get as much as we can for your trains selling to train people
  • Our interest fee is only 8% for TCA members and 11% for non-members and there is a $2.85 expense fee per lot to help defray the auction room expenses.

Donate Your Collection

  • We are a 501(c)(3) organization and as such, your donation is tax deductible
  • We will give you a tax-deductible receipt
  • Our team will will make arrangements for the trains to be packed and picked up
  • Your items are fully insured from the time we touch them

Sell Your Collection At The Rocky Mountain Train Show

  • As a TCA member you can sell at any of our Rocky Mountain Train Shows by buying a sales table
  • Currrently we have two shows a year. Our spring show (3rd largest in the country/Largest show west of the Mississippi) is the first weekend in April at the Denver National Western Complex and our Holiday show is Thanksgiving weekend at the Larimer County Fairgrounds

RMD Club Interchange

  • As a RMD-TCA member you can post one-time ads to all RMD members (currently 258 members)

The Rocky Mountain Division of the Train Collectors Association offers the opportunity for Boy Scouts to work on and complete the requirements for the Railroading Merit Badge at our Spring and Holiday shows.
